The care here is outstanding. Staff is friendly, responsive, and focused on helping patients recover comfortably.

First class facility and first class people who truly care about their patients! It’s like a family there! They treat patients like their own family. My sister almost didn’t want to leave! Great communication with family members as well

I am only giving a 1 star just so I can review. There are very few committed and caring employees here…maybe 2 nurses and 2 techs. All of the therapists are wonderful however. Pain meds are not given on schedule, most of the meals are awful. If you don’t option 1 for the meal you can have a sandwich and chips. I should probably stop now.

The staff is simply amazing. My mother was so resistant to being admitted to Stones River Post Acute care. It took all of 8 hours to get her comfortable. The staff was very tenative, patient and the care was top notch. The staff did little things to make her comfortable like bringing her to activities. I am out of state so they setup calls with me to discuss her care. They also helped us tranistion to an assisted living facility. I would be totally comfortable have anyone of my loved ones stay there. Truly satisfied.

I can’t say enough great things about Stone River Post Acute! The staff is absolutely amazing caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The environment feels welcoming and supportive, and it’s clear that providing quality care is their top priority. Highly recommend!

Great place

Thus place is a joke. The staff (not nurses) will lie to you just to get your loved ones in there to get the insurance money. They let my Dad lay there for 2 or 3 days saying he’s ok before I said NO he’s not call ambulance and transport him to hospital. He had an infection 😡..PLEASE DON’T TRUST THEM…

I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience ever will not have my loved one back here again. With the exception of a small group most of the stuff it’s rude not helpful. Unless you make sure you’re on top of them, your loved one is not gonna get their medication correctly. When you talk to one person you are given the runaround it’s like nobody knows what’s going on. The food is awful. The residents complain about it all the time. The rooms are small and it’s like you’re on top of each other. I would recommend that you go visit the facility and see for yourself because what they describe on the website is definitely not what you’re getting.

I was there for 2 weeks after having triple bypass surgery April 9th I came here till the 30th 1st time being in a place like this if I ever have to go back this will be the place I want to go thanks for all of your help may God bless each of you

Great place to plan your parents next home with friendly attentive staff all around the board!!! Rehabilitation staff is great too!!!

This place was very nice! All the staff were incredibly sweet and caring of the patients. I had family down here and the nurses were a delight to care for my family and provide as much support as possible. They make sure to keep the patients comfortable and engaged with different activities around the building.

My experience is so unbelievable, I wouldn’t know where to begin. Of course, they will deny it, so why go into detail? My husband had two visits there and their staff has no idea what they are doing and are beyond unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to use them. I highly recommend you look at other options for your loved one(s). So antiquated, there is no voice mail. If you need to reach soneone and they don’t pick up, you have to call back and start the process over.

I had a great experience at Stones River Post Acute. The therapy team is excellent and really helps with recovery, and the staff is friendly and supportive. Staff takes really good care of the patients.
